How do I choose between marble, granite, quartz, and quartzite?
Choosing the right material depends on style, durability, and maintenance preferences.
Marble: Luxurious and timeless but more porous and prone to staining — best for decorative or light-use surfaces.
Granite: Highly durable, heat-resistant, and less porous than marble. Ideal for busy kitchens, requires occasional sealing.
Quartz: Engineered stone, non-porous, stain-resistant, easy to clean. Top choice for high-traffic kitchens and bathrooms.
Quartzite: Natural stone that resembles marble but offers greater durability, heat and scratch resistance.

How long will my marble or granite countertop last?
Both marble and granite counters are designed to last for many years. Granite is extremely durable, resistant to scratching, and highly heat-resistant — lasting for decades with proper care. Marble can also last a long time, but requires more maintenance as it is softer and more susceptible to stains and etching from acids. With the right care, both materials can serve you beautifully for over 20 years.
Do I need an appointment to visit your showroom?
While an appointment is not required to visit our Cherry Hill showroom, we recommend calling ahead so we can best serve you. It’s helpful to have the dimensions of your project ready. Our design specialists will assist you in picking out materials and provide a quote for your countertop installation.
How do I clean and care for natural stone countertops?
Clean regularly with a soft cloth, warm water, and mild dish soap. Dry immediately to prevent water spots. Seal natural stones like granite, marble, and quartzite regularly to prevent stains — frequency depends on the stone. Never use bleach, ammonia, or acidic cleaners (vinegar, lemon). Whether you need a specific color, texture, size, or edge profile, our team handles everything from precise measurements to expert installation — ensuring every countertop fits perfectly into your space.
What is the cost of installing countertops?
The cost of granite or marble countertops varies based on the size of your project, the type of stone, and any customizations required. We have options for every budget, and we offer a free estimate within 24 hours. Our current special: $1,999 installed for up to 35 sq ft of level 1 granite or quartz.
What is your payment policy?
We require a 50% deposit to schedule your template appointment. The remaining balance is due before installation begins. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, cash, check, and Zelle. A 3% credit card processing fee applies. Financing options are available. Ask us for details.
What is your lifetime seam warranty?
We back our seam work with a lifetime warranty valid for as long as you own your home. If a seam fails under normal use, we return and repair it at no charge. No other countertop retailer in South Jersey offers this guarantee.
